I was told about the ultimate blog profit model by John Chow today and went over to take a look wondering if it will be yet another product on how to make money blogging. I was so excited by what I read I thought I would write about it here because the Ultimate Blog Profit Model fits into what I am blogging about here at Mindset Of A Blogger and that is you need more than just a blog to make money online.
John has written a free ebook that covers why bloggers don’t make money – he states the same reasons that I do – they don’t build a business they build just a blog!
I also like his focus on easy in, easy out – blogging is low costs and offers anyone with an opportunity to start and give up when things aren’t working, which is not something you would necessarily do if you have invested $20,000 in a business.
John outlines the average blog business model versus the ultimate blog profit model and highlights the importance of having a funnel (or backend) to really profit online.
Other important topics covered that every blogger needs to pay attention to is email markteting (he covers how to use social media to get signups), building relationships with your list and buying traffic too which you send to your squeeze page.
