A few weeks ago my two year love affair with Blog Success came to an abrupt end and I found myself with so much free time even I couldn’t believe it! I caught a bit of day time TV and logged off at 6pm (that was a nice change) and generally allowed myself some space to enjoy the free time before deciding what to do next.
After 5 years of regular blogging I have decided to set up my own blogging platform. I have used a domain I bought last year when I first started thinking about being an influencer and what it took to provide value why earning residual income – so it only seemed right that I used that domain
http://influencer.biz
Influencer is a social blogging platform that is premium space only. It has been set up for all those business people I meet who have no web presence or they are on wordpress.com or blogger.com and are not generating any visitors/leads they can use for their business.
I have become really good at local SEO and will be driving traffic to each members website. As well as getting potential business coming to them they will also be able to
- set up and promote their own products
- set up and run a forum with their blog
- depending on their level of membership they will also be able to run a membership site or a business directory to build residual income
Full support is available to everyone inside the site so if they get stuck they can ask. I am really proud of this platform and will be including access to my local marketing toolkit as part of the membership. Anyone that has already bought the toolkit will get access so they can start their own blog.
Everyone gets access to premium WordPress themes and I am currently moving my clients over to the platform as well as my blogs. Plus I am putting up blogs and writing content so that I can eventually sell them to a business owner like this one

Influencer opens in the next few weeks or so – its been delayed because Microsoft Office 365 came along and I had to explore that too – and when it does it isn’t a site only for UK local businesses/professionals, any local business is welcome. Once you start writing content and we know who you are looking to target then we will begin the job of getting you found online.
My main focus now is to do plenty of traffic generation/ SEO on the whole site to get it up in the search engines, and I will spend a few weeks on that and then get ready to promote. I hope you decide to join me in one of those three!
